These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Million Automations LLC (“Million Automations,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We provide marketing, CRM, automation, AI agent, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in the proposal or order you accept.
Each plan is a monthly subscription plus a one-time build fee, both shown on the plan card before you buy. The build fee is charged once, at signup, and covers the setup and launch of everything in the plan. The monthly rate is charged on the same day each month until you cancel. Usage above your plan's included allotment is billed at our published rates and is never charged automatically — we tell you first and you approve the additional block.
There is no minimum term and no long-term contract. Your subscription is month-to-month and renews automatically until you cancel. To cancel, give us 30 days' notice — from your client portal, by replying to any message from us, or by emailing [email protected]. We do not require a phone call, a retention conversation, or a specific form. Your service continues, and you are billed as normal, through the end of that 30-day period; you are not billed after it.
The monthly rate you sign up at is locked for as long as your subscription stays active. There is no automatic annual increase and no scheduled escalation. If we change our published prices, your rate does not move — a change to your rate requires your agreement in writing. This lock ends if you cancel and later re-subscribe, in which case the then-current published price applies.
If you prepaid for a period (for example, twelve months up front), cancelling refunds every whole unused month on a pro-rata basis. Monthly fees for a period already served are not refunded. The one-time build fee is refundable in full until build work begins, and is not refundable after that — it pays for hours already worked.
You keep what is yours: your domain, your website content and the site you paid us to build, your customer data and contact lists, your reviews, and your business phone number, which we will port out at your request. We provide an export of your CRM data on request within 30 days of cancellation. What stops is the service you were paying for — the automations, the AI agents, the hosting and support we run on your behalf, and access to our CRM platform — at the end of your final paid period.
By opting in you agree to receive SMS text messages from Million Automations LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We send appointment confirmations and reminders, booking and consultation links you request, marketing-audit report links you request, and replies to your inquiries. We do not send promotional broadcasts, offers, discounts, or bulk marketing on this program.
There is one way to opt in: the SMS sign-up form at millionautomations.com/sms-optin. You enter your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and we never message purchased or third-party lists.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. You must also be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number to opt in and receive SMS messages from this program.
Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, infringe others' rights, or use them for unlawful purposes.
All content, branding, and software on our site are owned by Million Automations LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. Deliverables ownership is governed by your service agreement.
The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Million Automations LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
